"How do I place an order?"
To place an order, simply add all desired items to your shopping cart. To place any of the items in a shopping cart, simply click on its price on its individual product page under "add to cart." You may change quantities by entering a desired number and hitting the 'update' button. To remove an item, simply tick the remove box. Once complete, please hit the 'checkout' button.
"Is it safe shopping online?"
We keep all your information private and secure. All orders are placed through our secure server. And we will not release this information to any third party.
"What are your payment options?"
We happily accept all major credit and debit cards, as long as it has a Visa, Mastercard symbol on it. We also accept PayPal.
"What are your shipping rates?"
All orders received on a business day by 3pm EST are shipped the same business day. Orders placed after this or over the weekend will go out the next business day.
Our Australia Post shipping prices are very reasonable. Shipping rate are calculated automatically based on weight and distance. To learn more, please visit our shipping page.
"Do you ship to oversea?"
Unfortunately, we only ship orders within Australia online. Please contact us directly if you want to place international order.

"How do I send a gift to another address?"
To send to a different address, simply select "or enter a new address" in the shipping address section of checkout and enter the gift recipient's address.
All your purchases may be gift-wrapped at no additional charge. Simply select "yes" when prompted "Is this a gift?" in checkout and select the items you'd like to get wrapped. Our round tea tins, not conducive to wrapping, are instead packaged in our beautiful decorative gift-boxes.
"I need to ship these to two different addresses. Can I combine them into one order to save on shipping?"
Unfortunately, shipping is charged per package, so all orders going to a separate address must be placed separately and shipping must be charged for each one. The total for EACH ORDER must be over $30 to take advantage of "Free Shipping Over $30."
"How do I use a gift coupon?"
The entry point for your gift coupon is found on the very first check-out page, where you are given an option of using a gift coupon or credit card. Please select 'gift coupon' and our system will automatically subtract its amount from your purchase. And allow you to place any amount remaining on a credit card of your choice.
"I don't like ordering online. Can I order by phone or pay by check/money order?"
Unfortunately, at this time we do not accept order via check or money order.
"Where's your phone number?"
Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer live phone ordering or support. However, we are lightning fast at answering emails!

"How we pack our tea?"
All of our teas are packaged in heat-sealed re-sealable stand-up pouches. We have chosen this form of packaging because we feel it is the best way to maintain the freshness of our teas and for you to be able to store your tea with minimum of hassle.
When you receive you tea, simply tear off the top using the tear notch. Now you have a fully re-sealable air tight bag to keep your tea tasting fresh for longer.
